Returns Policy

Return Eligibility: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Return shipping is free for defective or wrong products. For size exchanges or preference returns, shipping charges may apply.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days. Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, innerwear, and clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
