   Refunds for quality concerns will be considered only after evaluation and are not guaranteed.

4. *How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request*
   To raise a return or exchange request, the customer must:
   • Submit the request within 48 hours of delivery.
   • Provide a clear description of the issue.
   • Share clear images and a 360-degree video of the product showing the issue and the full condition of the item.
   • Await manual review and approval by our Quality Check Team.
   Requests without proper evidence will not be processed.

5. *Refund Terms*
   • Refunds are provided only for approved cases that fall under valid return conditions.
   • Refund eligibility will be evaluated after product inspection and approval by the Quality Check Team.
   • If a return is approved but an exchange or replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.
   • Refund processing timelines and mode of refund will be communicated at the time of approval.

6. *Approval Process*
   • All return, exchange, or refund requests undergo manual verification.
   • Approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of our Quality Check Team.
   • If approved, the product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact.

7. *Return Shipping*
   • Returned products must be shipped only through our authorized courier partner, if applicable.
   • Pickup arrangements will depend on service availability in the customer’s location.
   • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Any reimbursement, if applicable, will be communicated beforehand.
